If damage is found or a deduction is required, you can charge all or part of the security deposit directly from CozyUp.
Steps to follow
Go to the "Reservations" section
Open the relevant reservation
In the right-hand sidebar, scroll down to the "Security Deposit" section
Click the "$" icon to charge the deposit
Choose the amount to charge
When charging the security deposit, you can choose between:
Full charge: the entire security deposit is collected
Partial charge: you select the amount to collect
💡 Good to know: Once a charge has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled from CozyUp. Make sure to verify the amount before confirming.
